19 Jan Promenade workout
After a beautiful run on the promenade, I decided to finish with a little circuit using one of the benches.
This circuit can be done at home too using some steps or a chair to step up on. The best thing about this workout is it requires no equipment.
Here is it:
20 tricep dips
20 squats with step-ups
40 (20 a side) mountain climbers
Do 3-4 rounds

It was so nice to see people getting active by going for a bike ride, playing with their kids or walking their dog.
Your workouts do not have to be confined to a gym, take it outside and take advantage of the beautiful weather.
