While holidaying in Cape Town,I could not get enough of doing my workouts outside.So after my run, I had to design a little circuit to do in the park, with the beautiful view to keep me company.
Here’s what I did :
15 Burpees (beginners can do 10)
30 jump lunges (15 a side)
24 up-downs (12 a side)
40 bicycle crunches (20 a side)
You can do 3-4 rounds of this circuit.
